Decided to go to the beach earlier than first planned as the wind was blowing and I didn't want to miss it. I woke Rob up but once he'd woken up properly he decided against it (probably a good idea Rob as although the sea wasn't at all rough it may have been a little to windy for you and your kit). Shem came to the beach and pfaffed around for a while but then decided it was too windy for him so headed off home, leaving me to go out on my own.

Glad I did though as I was perfectly powered with my 4.5m sail and little board. I didn't go for anything particularly big as I was out there on my own without a soul on the beach so I was playing it safe, but still had an excellent session blasting around amongst the small waves and getting some nice big jumps. Stayed on the water for about 2 hours and felt pretty warm out there too. Would have been 5 stars if there was someone else out, but only four as I was on my own.
